Missing Hockey Player Terry Trafford Died From Possible Asphyxiation


SAGINAW, MI – Michigan State Police in a statement Thursday morning said Terry-Traffordthey suspect asphyxiation is the possible cause of death of Saginaw Spirit hockey player Terry Trafford.

Michigan State Police believe this the probable cause of death but they are still awaiting autopsy and toxicology reports.

Terry Trafford was found Tuesday, 03/11/2014, dead in his truck in a Walmart parking lot in Saginaw Township during an 8 day search for the missing hockey player.

Trafford was suspended from the Ontario Hockey League team prior to his disappearance on Monday, March 3, 2014 from The Dow Events Center in Saginaw, MI. He was from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
