Vandals cause Major Damage to Business in Calhoun County


CALHOUN COUNTY, MI – On November 29th, 2014, at approximately 7:50am, Calhoun County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a commercial business burglary investigation at Rennco, 300 S. Elm Street, Village of Homer. rennco

Sometime between November 28, 2014 at 6:30 pm and November 29, 2014 at 7:50 am, unknown suspects cut a hole in the exterior wall, gaining access to the building.




The suspects caused approximately $75,000 in damage to machines on the operation floor and stole tools and various equipment valued at approximately $5,000.

Detectives have been following up on leads and are also asking the public for assistance.
