Crime Stoppers offers $2500 in Wrong Way Driver Vehicular Homicide case


DETROIT, MI – Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who is wanted in the death of David Arcand, of Dearborn Heights.Christopher Gaines

Police say that David Arcand, 27-years-old, of Dearborn Heights, was killed instantly when his car was struck by an eastbound vehicle that was travelling in the westbound lanes of I-96 near the Southfield Freeway around 12:29 a.m. Thursday, December 4th, 2014.




Christopher Gaines, 34-years-old, of Detroit, has been identified as the wrong way driver.  He is wanted for Vehicular Homicide and Drunk Driving.
