DPD searching for last Four Suspects in Greektown Brawl
Police identify 4 men still wanted in connection with brutal assault
DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police are looking for the last four individuals from the assault that took place early Easter morning near Greektown Casino.
Two of the eight were charged today. Two more are already in custody. Charges are expected for those individuals by the end of the week.
Chief James Craig wants the other four behind bars as soon as possible. Detroit Police know who they are looking for and it is only a matter of time before they are all under arrest.
“We know who you are. We’re going to get you or arrest you so do yourself a favor and turn yourself in,” Chief Craig said.
Police are still searching for four men: Darnell Shaw, 19-years-old, Myron Larkins, 20-years-old, Rachann Yarbrough, 21-years-old, and Tyrone Larkins, 24-years-old.
The police chief called the assault by the eight suspects of 23-year-old Brandon Putnam and those who were with him that night as ‘cowardly’.
Darnell Johwan Shaw is currently out on Parole. Based on records from the Michigan Department of Corrections, he was convicted of Home Invasion – 2nd Degree in 2015. The other three do not have records with MDOC.
