The preliminary examination of the evidence for Keith Randolph Lewis that was scheduled for Friday, August 15th, 2014 has been rescheduled for August 19th, 2014.
DETROIT, MI – The name of the victim in the video is not known. However, the assailant is behind bars.
Keith Randolph Lewis is behind bars in the Wayne County Jail on a $100,000 bond in the brutal hammer attack on a man in the parking lot of Grandy’s III Coney Island located at 4004 Outer Dr, Detroit, MI.
The two have a confrontation that turns even worse when Lewis who is holding a hammer strikes the man. The man stumbles and falls to the ground where Lewis strikes the man in the head with a very solid blow.
Amazingly, even though there are obviously others standing around in the parking lot, including the person recording the video, no one comes to the mans aid while he is being beaten by Lewis with the hammer.
After the man lands on the ground, Lewis then kicks the man and then rifles through the unidentified mans pocket.
Lewis is known to other customers who frequent the restaurant.
This particular place of business is no stranger to problems. It is a place on Detroit’s east side that is known for having drug deals go down inside and outside of the building. Loitering appears to be a major issue also.
This video was uploaded to WorldStarHipHop.com and has received over 500 thousand views. The video has gone viral since it was posted.
