ALPENA, MI – Bone-chilling air, rain and even some early season snow will impact the Great Lakes and Northeast this Halloween. Meanwhile, another storm will hit the Northwest with drenching rain as dry weather generally prevails elsewhere.
Kids and adults partaking in the evening masquerade will need to bundle up and should consider bringing along a light or reflective items to increase visibility for passing motorists.
Temperatures on Halloween over the Northeast, Great Lakes and the Ohio Valley will range between 5 and 15 degrees below average.
