KALKASKA, MI – Constance “Connie” Snyder, 28-years-old has been missing since Saturday Oct. 18th, 2014 according to the Kalkaska Police Department and Michigan State Police are calling it suspicious.
Units from Benzie County, Cadillac Police Department, Kalkaska Sheriff’s Department, Kalkaska Police Station and the Michigan State Police are involved in the search efforts.
“The issue with this is she’s never missed a day of work according to her employer,” said MSP Lt. Derrick Carroll. “She was absent from work already for several days by the time we received this information. Right there that leads us to believe that there’s something that’s not correct. She’s never missed a day of work and now she’s not there so it’s definitely suspicious at this point.”
Snyder works at Northland Foods, and it is unusual for her not to show up for work. They also say she has children who are in foster care.
