Shooting in Kalamazoo Leaves One Man Dead

KALAMAZOO, MI – On Saturday, November 8th, 2014, at approximately 2:28 a.m., Kalamazoo Public Safety officers responded to a report of a shooting at a residence in the 2000 block of Inverness Lane. murder

Upon arrival, responding officers found a 21 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to Borgess Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

At this time, no suspect(s) have been arrested. Uniformed personnel and members of the Criminal Investigations Division are pursuing this investigation.

The victims name has not been released at this time.  No further information is available.
