LANSING, MI – If you would like information about becoming a Lansing Police Officer, this is your opportunity to discover what you need to know about becoming employed.
On December 22, 2014, The Lansing Police Department will hold a Police Officer Employment Informational Session that will inform prospective applicants of employment opportunity with the Police Department, as well as discuss the hiring process for the position of Police Officer.
This current hiring process will establish a hiring roster of eligible certified or certifiable (academy-trained or current officer status) candidates for future police officer vacancies at the Lansing Police Department.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to attend this event that will be held at the Cristo Rey Community Center on Monday, December 22, to learn more about the hiring process.
Members of the Lansing Police Department and other City of Lansing personnel will be on hand to provide further information and answer questions. The current hiring process has an application deadline of Friday, January 9th, 2015.
