Flint 18 yr old charged with shooting Prince Party store owner


FLINT, MI – An 18-year-old Flint man has been arrested and charged in connection to the January shooting of a Flint party store owner in the 800 block of Pasadena Avenue in Flint. Yarnell Jackson

On Saturday, January 17th, 2015, at approximately 12:00am the owner of the Prince Party store, Joseph Assaf, 56-years-old, was approached in the parking lot while walking to his car by two subjects just shortly after he had closed up his business for the night.  Assaf was shot in the chest by the suspects.  Joseph Assaf did survive his injuries.




Yarnell Jackson, 18-years-old has been arrested, charged and arraigned for Assault with Intent to Murder and Felony Firearm in this case.
