…WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 11 AM EST SUNDAY…

* TIMING: SNOW SHOWERS HAVE ALMOST ENDED ACROSS EASTERN UPPER…AND WILL END THROUGH THE DAY FROM NORTH TO SOUTH. THE EXCEPTION WILL BE AROUND THE ROGERS CITY AND ALPENA AREAS. AT THE SAME TIME…WINDS SHIFT OUT OF THE NORTHWEST AND INCREASE TO 30 TO 35 MPH. THIS WILL RESULT IN PERIODS OF SNOW AND BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW.

* WIND CHILL VALUES: 25 TO 40 DEGREES BELOW ZERO THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW AMOUNTS: 0 TO 1 INCH.

* OTHER IMPACTS: PERIODS OF SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITY AND HAZARDOUS TRAVEL.
