ALPENA, MI – Prison will be the home of 19-yr-old Dustin Timm for the next 3-20 years.
Appearing before Circuit Court Judge Mike Mack, Timm was sentenced for his bad acts of home invasion first and second degree, breaking and entering of a building, and possession of a short-barreled shotgun.
On Saturday January 10th, 2015 at 4:30am, the Alpena County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a burglary alarm at the BP Gas Station in Ossineke.
Timm was arrested a short time later. Deputies conducted a search of his residence and were able to locate items stolen from the gas station.
At the time of this incident, Timm was out on bond for another incident that took place in November 2014. In that case Timm is charged with the following;
Home Invasion- 20 year Felony
Breaking and Entering- 10 year Felony
Possession of a short barrel shotgun- 5 year Felony
Felony firearm- 2 year Felony
