Flint Police Arrest Teens and Adults as a result of Robbery Investigations

FLINT, MI – A group of teenagers and adults, ranging in age from 16-27 years old, have been arrested as a result of robbery investigations.

The assaults typically occurred in the night time hours when unsuspecting victims were attacked leaving a store or gas station and then robbed. One of the victims spent several days in the hospital and has underwent numerous surgeries as a result of the assault.

John Claude Williams, 20-years old, and Damien Ayala, 27-years old, have both been charged and arraigned for Assault with Intent to Murder and Armed Robbery. A 16-year-old male has also been arrested and charged.

Tyler Lutze, 17-years old, is currently WANTED for Assault with Intent to Murder, Armed Robbery and Assault with Intent to Rob While Armed in connection to these cases.

UPDATE… Tyler Lutze, 17-years old, was arrested on July 27th, 2015. Upon his arrest he stated to police “I saw myself on Crime Stoppers. I wasn’t going to let anyone get one thousand dollars for me, so I turned myself in.”
