DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police have arrested two of the six suspects that they have been seeking in the gang rape of a woman and the robbery of her male friend.
The Detroit Police Department has been seeking the community’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects wanted in connection with the robbery and sexual assault case that occurred on Friday, July 16th, 2015.
It was around 10pm on July 16th that a 21-year-old woman and her 22-year-old male friend were walking in the 10300 block of West McNichols near Wyoming, when six men approached them. One of the suspects had a gun which he pulled out and forced them into an alley. It is at that time when the woman was raped, and the man was assaulted and robbed. The man was forced to watch his female friend being assaulted.
Jordan Reese has been charged with 19 counts, including 13 counts of First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, one count of Kidnapping, one count of Unlawful Imprisonment, two counts of Armed robbery, one count of Assault with Intent to Do Great Bodily Harm less Than Murder and one count of Felony Firearm. Antoine Orr was also charged with the same 19 counts.
Both men have been arraigned and are being held on a $250,000 cash bond.
