While motorists will begin to notice traffic control devices being placed along I-69, crews will not begin work until after Labor Day. The following bridges will have lane restrictions in place:

–       I-69 over Summers Road

–       I-69 over GTW Railroad

–       I-69 over Clark Road

–       Five Lakes Road over I-69

Most of these bridges will have full maintenance work performed this year, but some will undergo prep work for projects scheduled for 2016.

Traffic on I-69 will be reduced to one lane where crews are present. Motorists also should expect traffic shifts to the shoulder in some locations.

Local traffic will be maintained with detours and temporary signals, including:

–       Summers Road will be closed under I-69 and detoured via Summers Road, Hunters Creek Road, Blacks Corners Road, and Newark Road back to Summers Road.

–       Clark Road, Five Lakes Road, and Lake George Road will all have one lane open under I-69 with a temporary signal.
