‘Ask The DNR’ to air Thursday on Lower Peninsula’s WCMU

LANSING, MI – “Ask The DNR” comes to CMU Public Broadcasting (WCMU) Thursday, Oct. 15, at 7:30 p.m. The show will focus on fisheries, wildlife and law enforcement issues in Michigan.ASK

The hourlong program features a panel of Department of Natural Resources employees responding to viewers who ask questions before or during the show. Questions can be submitted by visiting the “Ask The Specialists” Facebook page, calling 1-844-975-3343 during the program and speaking to phone volunteers, or sending a tweet to @WCMU_AskThe.

The episode will feature DNR Wildlife Division Chief Russ Mason, DNR fisheries management biologist Mark Tonello, and DNR Law Enforcement Division Assistant Chief Dean Molnar. It will be hosted by Bob Garner, former member of the Natural Resources Commission.

“Ask The DNR” is part of WCMU’s “Ask The Specialists” series that airs every Thursday. WCMU includes the stations of WCML Channel 6 Alpena, WCMU Channel 14 Mt. Pleasant, WCMW Channel 21 Manistee, WCMV Channel 27 Cadillac and WCMZ Channel 28 Flint.
