His bond was set at $10,000.00 and his next court appearance will be on Thursday, December 3rd, 2015 at the 55th District Court.
Kramer was out on probation according to MDOC at the time that these crimes were committed.
On Thursday, November 19th, 2015, deputies from the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office Delhi Division were sent to a call on Tuscany Lane in Holt. There was a report of a subject that had broken into a home who then was confronted by the homeowner. The suspect fled the address on a bicycle and broke into a second home. A neighbor witnessed the second break-in and also called 911.
Sheriff’s deputies captured the burglar with some of the stolen items from the first home as he was attempting to steal items from the second home. Deputies also found that the bicycle he was riding was reported stolen yesterday from a nearby address. The suspect is lodged at the Ingham County Jail awaiting arraignment tomorrow.
Sheriff Wriggelsworth thanks the citizens for promptly reporting the incidents and the deputies for the quick response and apprehension of the suspect.
