DETROIT, MI – On Friday, February 5th, 2016, at approximately 2:30 pm, the Clinton Township Police Department in conjunction with the FBI-Macomb County Violent Crimes Task Force (of which Clinton Township is a member) arrested 33-year-old Alfie Parker of Clinton Township.
Parker was arrested in Detroit on a multi-count warrant issued by the Macomb County Prosecutors Office.
The warrant is as follows:
Count 1: Assault with Intent to Commit Murder – Life or any number of years.
Count 2: Robbery, Armed – Life or any number of years.
Count 3: Felony Firearm – 2 year felony.
Count 4: Possession of a Firearm by a Felon – 5 year felony.
The warrant is in regards to the shooting which occurred during the early-morning hours of Sunday, January 31, in the area of 15 Mile Rd. between Harper and Gratiot Ave. The victim is recovering from multiple gunshot wounds.
At the time of the incident, Parker was on parole for Assault with intent to Commit Murder. Arraignment was February 8 at 1 pm via video with 41B District Court in Clinton Township.
Alfie Parker was an Absconder from Parole at the time of his arrest based on information from the Michigan Department of Corrections.
