DETROIT, MI – Robert Ellis, 65-years-old, who was an Air Force Veteran, was found murdered on Wednesday, December 23rd, 2015. Robert Ellis

His family and friends are desperate for answers as to why someone would do such a horrible thing.

“This man was not only a brother, he was a father, and he was a friend…. We desperately need to know what happened to my brother” Say’s C. Bishop Ellis, Roberts Sister.

Robert was found shot and burned at approximately 7:30 a.m. at 19140 Archdale St. in Detroit. A neighbor was starting his car and smelled smoke coming from the address. After moving his car to safety, the neighbor called 911.
