BYRON TOWNSHIP, MI – On Tuesday, April 5, 2016, a deceased male was found partially submerged in Buck Creek by a person walking near the railroad tracks south of 68th Street and East of Christmas Lane S.W. in Byron Township. The victim was identified as James William Hoffmann, 62 years old, who was currently homeless and believed to be staying in the area.
