ALPENA, MI – Northern Lights Arena in Alpena hosted the 3rd Annual Indoor Classic Auto show on Saturday, June 4th, 2016.

Autos, both new and old, were on display for the public to see up close for free during the one day event. The range of age in various vehicles were from the 1930’s to brand new that were also on display from dealerships in the area.

Invitations were sent out to numerous car clubs and classic car owners throughout Michigan for the event. Many responded by bringing their classic cars to the event.

The doors opened to the general public at 10:00 a.m.  By 10:30 there were already several people who were looking over cars of the past.

The Alpena Community College had their Student Project Car on display.  The vehicle is a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlas Salon painted in a brilliant orange. It was complete with mag wheels and chrome rims.

One of the most beautiful vehicles to be displayed was that of a 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 2 door hard top owned by Charlie Campbell of the Alpena.  Anyone would be proud to own such a wonderful piece of auto history.
