Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Saginaw Hit & Run Crash

SAGINAW, MI – On Monday, July 4th, 2016, at 11:52 p.m., Saginaw Police Officers responded to an injury traffic crash which involved a vehicle hitting a pedestrian. hit and run

Upon arrival, officers located a 42-year-old female who was struck by an unknown vehicle near the intersection of N. Oakley and Miller. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of serious and life threatening injuries.

The suspect vehicle is described as an older model mid-size SUV white in color. The suspect vehicle was last seen driving south bound on N. Oakley then west bound onto Court Street.

If anyone has any information regarding the suspect vehicle and/or the driver of this vehicle, please contact Saginaw Police Traffic Division Officer Nick Jacobs (989) 759-1439. SPD Traffic Division is also asking anyone who has video cameras which may have been recording during this incident to review them and if the camera captured any vehicles which match the description given, to contact SPD Traffic Division immediately.
