DETROIT, MI – Mayor Mike Duggan will be on hand with neighbors and other officials as demo crews knock down the 10,000th vacant building since he started his blight removal program two-and-half years ago.  14097 Marlowe

When the Mayor took office in January 2014 there were approximately 40,000 vacant structures that needed to be demolished.

The demolition was take place at 9:30 a.m. at 14097 Marlowe Street on Tuesday, July 19th, 2016.  The property is located near Intervale and Grand River Avenue.
