Two Charged in Ingham County Criminal Sexual Conduct Case

STOCKBRIDGE TOWNSHIP, MI – Two men have been charged in Ingham County for their involvement in a criminal sexual conduct case involving a 17-year-old woman.

On Wednesday, March 4th, 2015, the Sheriff’s Office received a report that a 17-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by Vincent Gentilozzi and Jon Martin in Stockbridge Twp. After a lengthy investigation, warrants were authorized and the 1st District Michigan State Police Fugitive Team assisted in their apprehension.

On Thursday, September 1st, 2016, a preliminary examination was held in Judge Allen’s court. The matter was bound over to Circuit Court on multiple charges.

Vincent Albert Gentilozzi, 25-years-old, of Williamston, has been charged with: 3 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct and 1 count of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor

Jon McClain Martin, 32-years-old, of Stockbridge, has been charged with: 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct
