Detroit Police looking for Suspect in Rite Aid Robbery (Video)

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police are looking for a suspect who pulled off an unarmed robbery of a Rite Aid Pharmacy on the city’s west side and they are asking for help from the public to identify and locate him.

On Friday, September 23rd, 2016, at 5:20 a.m., in the 18400 block of Fenkell, an unknown male suspect entered the location and walked around as though he were shopping.  When the 34-year-old female clerk checked on him, she noticed that the suspect was cutting expensive razors from the security shelf with a box cutter.  As the clerk confronted the suspect, the suspect threatened the victim.  He continued to cut and remove the razors from the security shelf.  He then fled the location on foot towards Grand River Avenue.  Taken were approximately 45 Gilette Fusion Razors.

Suspect Description:

Black male, 30’s, 5ft 9, 120lbs, wearing a white t-shirt and black hoodie.
