Detroit Police seek Information on Gratiot and Eastburn Homicide [Video]

DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects wanted for a fatal shooting that occurred on the east side of the city at a Marathon gas station .

On Thursday, January 5th, 2017, at approximately 12:15 a.m., in the area of Gratiot and Eastburn, a 22-year-old man, Javon Perry, was fatally shot during a confrontation at the gas station. The victim walked inside the location as the suspects exited, and while he filled his vehicle, he was approached by the suspects. A struggle ensued, the victim fled across Gratiot and was chased by the suspects and subsequently shot and killed.

The suspects are to be considered Armed and Dangerous.
