Suspects Wanted for Double Shooting on W. Grand and Wildemere in Detroit

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police are asking for help from the public to identify and locate two suspects wanted in connection with a double shooting on the city’s Northwest side.

On January 3rd, 2017, at 7:50 p.m., in the area of West Grand Blvd. and Wildemere, two men were walking when the suspects approached them on foot.  The suspects confronted the victims.  Suspect #1 produced a handgun where he then announced a hold-up.  A struggle ensued and shots were fired by suspect #1.  Both victims were wounded.  The two male suspects both fled the scene on foot southbound on Wildemere.

The suspects descriptions are as follows:

Suspect #1

Black Male, 22-years-old, 5’11, 160 pounds, light complexion, last seen wearing stoned washed jeans and a Gucci belt.  He is  considered to be Armed and Dangerous.

Suspects #2

Black male, 22-years-old, 5’9, 130 pounds, light complexion, last seen wearing a brown jacket.   Also considered to be Armed and Dangerous.
