LUDINGTON, MI – A 3-year-old little girl is missing and has been taken by her father who is currently out on bond with the courts.  This is considered to be a parental kidnapping situation.

Hailey Hunter-Rose Fargo is under the jurisdiction of the Mason County Probate Court and is in foster care in Muskegon.  She is with her biological father, Mark Alan Saporita-Fargo.

He is described as a white male, 47-years-old, 6’1”, 200 pounds—having unsupervised parenting time today, Monday, January 23rd, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Authorities were notified shortly after 4:00 PM that he failed to return his daughter to foster care.

Mark Saporita-Fargo is currently out on bond for a CSC charge and is scheduled for a jury trial on January 24th, 2017.

Hailey Hunter-Rose Fargo is described as a white female, 3-years-old, white blonde hair, 37” tall and weighing 32 pounds.  She was last seen wearing white, red and silver bow on the side of her head, Minnie Mouse shirt with black ruffles on the bottom, black pants and Elsa Frozen shoes.

The two may be traveling in a black passenger vehicle, possibly a Ford Taurus.  However the make and model cannot be confirmed at this time.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Mason County Sheriff’s Department (231)843-3475.
