Tim Horton’s Employee Slams Drive Through Window Breaking Customer’s Finger

ROSEVILLE, MI – A customer and his wife went to the Tim Horton’s drive through at 10 Mile and Gratiot and he ended up with a severely broken finger after an employee slammed the drive through window on his hand.

Sarah Marie McCann posted to Facebook at 3:00PM on August 5th, 2017, that she and her husband went to the restaurant and ordered two coffee’s.  Her husband tried to pay with a $100 bill. This seemingly enraged the employee where she then slammed the drive through window on the man’s hand.

To make the situation even worse, the employee, identified as Michell Rivard, posted to her friends and family on Facebook a profanity laced tirade about the incident. She posted a reference about the man touching her drive through window but no real explanation of what that was about. Her Facebook profile shows that she’s a manager of that Tim Horton’s

The McCann’s have contacted the manager of the restaurant and from what the couple states, the manager said to them “Oh Well” after they explained their side of the situation to them. This was after the couple had tried to contact management by phone at the restaurant but the phone keep being hung up on them.

The customer and his wife have filed a police report. It is unknown at this time if assault charges will be filed on the employee or if she will face consequences for her actions from her superiors.
