35 yr old Man wanted for Rape of 15 yr old Detroit Girl

DETROIT, MI – Kevin Donte Price is being sought after by authorities for the alleged rape of a 15-year-old Detroit girl early Friday morning on the city’s west side.

On September 29th, 2017, the victim’s mother, who works a job in overnight security, arrived home early to find her 15-year-old daughter and Kevin Price naked in bed together.

The mother to the 15-year-old victim had been in a relationship with the suspect for approximately four years. They have three young children together.

Kevin Price and the mother got into an argument after she discovered the daughter and suspect in bed together. It was at that time that the woman grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed the suspect. She told police that she knows that she injured his shoulder, hand and arm. The family’s Pitbull dog also got into the fight by biting him in the leg.

After being bitten by the Pitbull, Price fled the house with him only wearing a pair of blue jeans.  During the altercation, a call was placed from inside the residence to 9-1-1. Police arrived on scene and gave chase trying to apprehend the suspect.  However, he did manage to get away.

Kevin Price was recently released from prison on parole. Based on records from the Michigan Department of Corrections, he is listed as being an Absconder from Parole as of August 18th, 2017.  Price was previously convicted of:

  • Unlawful Imprisonment – Attempt
  • Weapons – Firearms – Short Barreled Shotgun/Rifle
  • Assault with Dangerous Weapon (Felonious Assault)
  • Weapons – Firearms – Possession by Felon
  • Home Invasion – 1st Degree

Kevin Price remains on the run.  He should be considered Armed and Dangerous.
