OAKLAND COUNTY, MI – The Michigan State Police Metro North Post and the Second District Special Enforcement Section has increased patrols in the Northern Oakland County area as law enforcement continues to look for the suspect wanted in the double shooting in Ortonville.MSP Increases Patrols in Northern Oakland County because of Double Shooting 1

Rose, Holly and Groveland Townships will notice the increased police presence.

Residents are remained to remain vigilant and keep their doors locked until the suspect is taken into custody. If you see the suspect do not approach and contact 911. He is considered to be Armed and Dangerous
