DETROIT, MI – A fifth person within six months, who was connected to Detroit’s Hip Hop music, was gunned down and left for dead on the east side of the city on Sunday November 26th, 2017.
The victim, identified on social media, is Joseph Bond also known as Joe Bonanno, aka K9, 42-years-old, who was said to be legendary in the Hip Hop music scene in Detroit, was shot and killed on Rossiter Street.
Neighbors heard gunshots at about 2:10PM on Sunday November 26th, 2017. When they went outside, they saw Bond laying shot to death in the middle of Rossiter Street between Grayton and Britain. Joe Bond had been shot in the head.

The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a person of interest who may have information pertaining to the fatal shooting that occurred on the city’s eastside.
Investigators believe that the individual seen in the video may have information pertaining to this crime.
A motive for the murder has not yet been released.
