ROSCOMMON TOWNSHIP, MI – Three people were arrested after a woman was chocked unconscious and her medical marijuana was stolen.
On Saturday November 25th, 2017, the Michigan State Police (MSP) Houghton Lake Post investigated a report of an unarmed robbery in Roscommon Township.
The 43-year-old female victim, from Houghton Lake, advised that 26-year-old Timothy Breault, from Houghton Lake, had offered to exchange money for medical marijuana.
Breault left the residence and returned later with 27-year-old Ryan Norton, from Harrison, to make the exchange. The victim stated she retrieved a bag from a back room and when she returned to the kitchen area of her house Breault positioned himself behind her and put her in a choke hold. The victim lost consciousness from being choked. When she awoke her bag was missing.
Troopers located the suspects along with evidence of the crime at a residence in Harrison.
Timothy Breault and Ryan Norton were arrested for unarmed robbery and were lodged in the Roscommon County Jail. A 27-year- old female, Danaka Seney, from Harrison was also arrested for accessory to unarmed robbery.
The incident remains under investigation.
