LUDINGTON, MI  – Two wanted fugitives, who were arrested near Ludington, have waived extradition and are waiting to be transported back to Texas.

On Wednesday January 3rd, 2018, deputies with the Mason County Sheriff’s Office were contacted by members of the Bay City Texas Police Department and advised of a wanted fugitive from Texas that was believed to be in the Mason County area.

The following day, Thursday, at 12:37pm, MCSO deputies spotted the suspect vehicle traveling on US10 in the area of Meyers Road. A “felony” stop was conducted on the vehicle after learning the wanted person may have been armed with a handgun. No handgun was found.

27 year-old Bobby Robles Constancio, of Van Vleck TX, has waived extradition and is awaiting pickup by Texas authorities. He is wanted in Texas for:

• a warrant charging 2 counts of Aggravated Robbery
• Family Violence
• Unlawful Restraint
• Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Also, during the traffic stop a passenger in the Constancio vehicle, Ryan Thomas Baggett, 30 years-old, from Calhoun County Texas, was arrested on a possession of marijuana charge. During the investigation it was discovered that Ryan Baggett was also wanted out of Texas on a Parole Violation. He was originally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Attempted Escape While Armed. He too has waived extradition and will be turned over to Texas authorities.

The Ludington City Police Department assisted deputies with the traffic stop.
