DPD looking for information concerning Shooting on Detroit’s East side [Video]

 

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating two Suspects wanted in connection with a non-fatal shooting that occurred on the city’s east side.

On Sunday January 14th, 2018 at approximately 11:50 p.m. in the 11600 block of McNichols, the driver of a white Oldsmobile Valero pulled into the gas station with two occupants, to get air for his tire. While there, he was approached by two suspects who attempted to buy marijuana. One of the suspects then enter his vehicle, while the other one remained outside.

After a brief moment, the suspect exit the vehicle, approach suspect 2 and began talking. Shortly afterwards, both suspects’ produce a weapon and began shooting at the driver and occupants of the vehicle, striking one of the occupants as he ran. As a result, the 26-year old male victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the body. No other injuries reported.

Suspects:
Black male, 20s, 5’11”, medium build, light complexion, wearing a tan colored carjhartjacket, grey hoodie underneath, gray sweatpants, armed.

Black male, 20s, 5’10”, medium build, dark complexion, wearing a black jacket with a hood, light blue jeans, red, white, and black Jordan’s, armed.
