Detroit Police looking for Missing 68 yr old Woman who suffers from serious Mental Health Concerns

DETROIT, MI – Detroit Police need assistance from the public to locate a woman who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia.

Valley Marie Pitchford was discovered missing from her home by her son in the 7300 block of Fielding on February 5, 2018 at approximately 11 a.m.. Her son reported that he last spoke to his mother via telephone on February 4, 2018 at approximately 9:55 p.m. but hasn’t heard from her since. He reported that he went to her home to check on her and noticed that she and her vehicle was gone. Her son is concerned because this is the first time she’s been missing. Valley may be driving a pink 2001 Toyota.

Valley is described as a black female, 68-years of age, 5’7″, 195 lbs., medium brown complexion, black/gray copper hair, brown eyes. Clothing description not provided.

Valley is in good physical condition but is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenic.
