DETROIT, MI – On February 8, 2018 at approximately 10:30 p.m., scouts were called to the 20500 block of Biltmore for a serious missing.
Upon arrival they spoke to the father of the missing who reported that his 3-year old daughter was taken from his home by her mother, while he was away from home. He reported that at approximately 6:30 p.m. on February 8, the suspect came to his home and requested to use the restroom. His 17-year old son who was home at the time with his 3-year old daughter, allowed the suspect to enter. He reported that his son went upstairs and when he came down, the victim and suspect were gone. (The father has custody of 3-year old). (The suspect is not the mother of the 17-year old).
Shonnell Perry is a described as a 3-year old female, light brown complexion, 2’5”, 70 lbs., with 4 ponty tails in her hair. She was last seen wearing a brown jacket, white t-shirt, turquoise jeans, and light brown Timberland boots Shonnell is in good physical and mental condition.
Shonnell’s mother, Lucia Elizabeth Perry, is described as a 34-year old female, 5’3”, 135 lbs., light brown complexion, straight shoulder-length black hair. She has a tattoo of a tree branches on her chest. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, green shirt, green pants and gray shoes. She does not have a vehicle and is known to frequent various motels along 8 Mile Road and Greenfield.
Lucia is in good physical condition but suffers from bi-polar schizophrenia and takes medication.
