DPD seizes drugs and guns while making a Significant Arrest

DETROIT, MI – On Monday, March 12th, 2018, at 6:40 p.m., members of the Detroit Police Major Violators Task Force executed a narcotic search warrant located in the 2000 block of Fullerton. Once inside of the location, officers seized three handguns and one long gun along with the following suspected narcotics.drug arrest

  • Cocaine – (1.2 grams = $480.00 street value)
  • Marijuana – (343.8 grams = $3,438.00 street value)

Pills:

  • Morphine (54 pills = $1,620.00 street value)
  • Hydrocodone, Oxycodone (1,261 pills = $31,525.00 street value)
  • Alprazolam, Codeine (1,560 pills = $31,200.00 street value)
  • Amphetamine, Carisoprodol, Viagra (496 pills=$4,960.00 street value)
  • Proceeds – $2,989.00 cash

TOTAL STREET VALUE= $76,212.00

A 35 year old male suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Detroit Detention Center without incident. A warrant package was submitted to the Wayne County Prosecutors Office for review.
