Detroit has placed hidden cameras in areas where they know illegal dumping has taken place on many occasions. Johnathon Pommerville who is a Brightmoor resident has been one of the more outspoken individuals on the subject of illegal dumping in the City of Detroit.
Pommerville has kept records and video recorded those who dare to illegally dump in his neighborhood. He has become somewhat of an expert of publicly shaming those who commit such crimes in his area of the city.
