Detroit Police looking for Suspect in East side Non-Fatal Shooting

DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in connection to a non-fatal shooting that occurred on the city’s east side.

On Monday, March 12, 2018 at approximately 9:30 a.m., the 45 year old male victim was involved in a verbal altercation with the suspect inside of the Mobil Gas Station located in the 12000 block of Mack. The victim then exited the gas station and entered his 2004 White Ford Expedition.

The suspect followed the victim and fired shots, striking the victim. The suspect escaped in a burgundy Suburban along with two other males. The victim was treated for a non-life threatening injury.

Suspect described as a black male 30-40, dark complexion, braids that went to a ponytail, wearing a black coat, armed.
