PONTIAC, MI – On Monday August 13th, 2018, at 12:56am, Oakland County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to the Pontiac Substation for a Criminal Sexual Assault complaint.
Once at the station, the victim alleges she had been having a conversation with a subject on Instagram, who lived in Pontiac, for several months. The victim agreed to meet that individual in person at his home in the 800 block of Kettering Street in the City of Pontiac.
The suspect is now identified as Dallas Ephraim Jordan-King, a 21-year-old resident from the City of Pontiac.
After watching a movie with the subject, Dallas Jordan-King allegedly began to make sexual advances toward her. The victim told Jordan-King to stop multiple times, but his advances became aggressive.
During his last advance, the victim stated Dallas Jordan-King produced a handgun and pointed it at her head, demanding she remove her clothing. He told the victim he would shoot her if she did not comply with his demands.
The suspect then forcibly began to kiss the victim and at one point made her lay on top of him. Several times during the incident Dallas Jordan-King would set the weapon down, then videotape and take pictures of the female victim with his cell phone.
Deputies responded to the 800 block of Kettering where the alleged incident took place and located Dallas Jordan-King at the home. After consenting to a search of his house, a .380 Glock handgun was recovered at the scene. Subsequently, he was arrested, read his rights and taken into custody.
