Victim Identified in Fatal Ingham County Crash

ALAIDDON TOWNSHIP, MI – The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office has released the Identity of the 76 year old Mason man who died in Friday afternoons crash as Phillip Hall.Traffic Fatality

Hall died at the scene of the crash. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

At approximately 2pm deputies responded to Okemos Rd and Howell Rd in Alaiedon Twp. For a 2 car crash resulting in a fatality.

A vehicle traveling southbound on Okemos Rd that was being driven by Phillip Hall, 76 years old man, from Mason. Hall’s vehicle was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Howell Rd. That vehicle was being driven by a 30 year old man from Webberville.

There is a stop sign for both directions of traffic on Howell Road.

Phillip Hall died at the scene. The Webberville man was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of the accident.
