LUDINGTON, MI – MSP (Michigan State Police) have arrested a person that they consider one of the top drug traffickers in the Mason County area.
David Wilson, 46-years-old, has a criminal record that is decades long. His life of crime began in Detroit and his crimes have bounced around various parts of Michigan for several years.
Wilson’s first noted conviction based on records from the Michigan Department of Corrections was back in 1994 in Detroit for Weapons – Carrying Concealed. From that point on he has received a known 8 more felonies that were added to his record over the years.
The State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) has had David Wilson under investigation since 2016. Wilson was arrested on August 17th, 2018 on Foster Street near Lavina Street in Ludington.
On August 30th, 2018, David Wilson was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession with intent to deliver cocaine. Those charges also include the enhancement of being a habitual offender – fourth offense
