2 Wanted for East Side Carjacking and Armed Robbery

Detroit, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating two suspects wanted in connection with a carjacking and Armed robbery incident that occurred on the city’s east side.

On Thursday, September 13, 2018 at approximately 2:10 a.m. in the 10100 block of Britian, the 33 year old female victim was approached by two unknown suspects as she was getting items out of her vehicle and car jacked at gunpoint. The suspects then fled eastbound on Britian in the victims Green, 2005, Chrysler, Pacifica. The carjacked vehicle was then observed abandon at a greenlight gas station in the 11000 block of Morang at approximately 3:20 a.m. It was reported that the suspects then robbed a second victim at gun point at a bus stop in front of a greenlight gas station in the 11500 block of Morang. After this incident both suspects fled north on Rossiter on foot.

Suspect #1: B/M/24 year’s old, light complexion, 6’5”, 242 lbs., brown eyes, with a scruffy beard and dark hair. Wearing a dark blue sweat shirt, black pants, and a black fitted winter hat.

Suspect #2: B/M/20-25 year’s old, 5”6”-5’7”, slim build, and medium complexion. Wearing a black hooded zip up jacket, ripped blue jeans with red shorts underneath and Jordan gym shoes.
