DETROIT, MI – David Erwin Unger, 55-years-old, of Harrison Township, has been charged in connection with the murder of Mark Siecinski, 56-years-old, of Clarkston, and the non-fatal shooting of a 63-year-old man, of Farmington.
On September 29th, 2918, at 6:20 p.m., the two male victims went to Mr. Unger’s business in the 11800 block of Freud in Detroit to appraise and secure the property since Unger’s property was under the control of the courts for debts that were owed. It is alleged that Unger armed with a hand gun saw the men and fatally shot Mr. Siecinski multiple times and the 63-year-old man was shot and survived.
Unger has been charged with First Degree Murder, Assault with Intent to Murder, and two counts of Felony Firearm.
He was arraigned and remanded to jail this morning in 36th District Court. His Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for October 24, 2018 and the Preliminary Examination is scheduled for October 31, 2018.
