DEXTER, MI – According to a press release from the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office, the person that was being sought after has been identified in the animal cruelty case.
On Tuesday October 9th, 2018, at approximately 5:50PM a young, white male was observed entering a bathroom facility at the Hudson Mills Metropark with a pet carrier.
He returned to his vehicle, which the witness stated was a blue Subaru – similar to the below stock photo. The man along with several other occupants were then seen traveling southbound on Dexter-Pinckney Rd, between N Territorial and the Huron Creek Party Store before they tossed a cat from the vehicle.
The male subject was identified and has been interviewed by the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office. It is unknown at this time what, if any, charges will brought against this person.
