2 Detroit Men Arrested for Drug Trafficking in Ohio

ELYRIA, OH – Two men from Detroit along with a man and woman from Elyria, Ohio were arrested on Wednesday October 10th, 2018 in a drug bust where authorities seized more than 800 oxycodone pills, $3,000 in cash and a shotgun.

The following people have been charged:

  1. Damon Farish Jr., 21-years-old, of Detroit
  2. Keshawn Freeman, 21-years-old, of Detroit
  3. Courtney Warrens, 26-years-old, of Elyria
  4. Pedro Franceschi, 36-years-old, of Elyria

Police executed a search warrant on two apartments in the 1300 block of East Avenue. The warrant was executed  following an investigation into the alleged illicit activities of Pedro Franceschi and Courtney Warrens.

Authorities allege Franceschi and Warrens would buy pills from a supplier in Detroit and give them to lower-level dealers to sell across Lorain County, Ohio.

All four were charged with trafficking in drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

All four are currently being held in the Lorain County Jail.
