DETROIT, MI – A possible custody battle between the parents of three young children has them missing tonight and Detroit Police need the attention of the public to focus on bringing them back to safety.

Missing: London, Demario and Noel

Missing: London, Demario and Noel

London, Demario and Noel Davis were last seen in the 2000 block of Iroquois Street on Wednesday October 31st, 2018, at 3:55PM, at school, when their father Demario Davis went to pick them up.

Demario has custody of the kid’s and he saw their mother Tasha Davis at the school also. Tasha Davis stated she wanted the kid’s to spend her birthday with her so she took them without his permission. This may be a parental custody battle.

London was last seen wearing a superwoman costume, and a green jacket.

Demario was seen wearing a spider man costume with a black and gray jacket..

Noel was last seen wearing a superhero costume black and a gray jacket.

No further description or information was given for the children.

All three children are in good physical and mental condition.
