DETROIT, MI – Kevin Lackey stood before a judge today, Thursday January 10th, 2019 and had a conviction for Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct and Breaking and Entering an Occupied Dwelling With Intent to Commit Criminal Sexual Conduct dropped. He is now facing new charges in a new case.Mugshot Kevin Lackey

Kevin Lackey, 46-years-old, of Detroit, has been recently charged in 36th District Court for an assault on his girl friend.

On December 22, 2018, at approximately 10:25 p.m. at a house in the 17400 block of Lumpkin it is alleged that Lackey physically assaulted his 46-year-old female domestic partner while armed with hand gun.

He has been charged with Felonious Assault, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, two counts of Felony Firearm and Domestic Violence. Arraignments will be made for the defendant to be arraigned on the warrant.
