DETROIT, MI – The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection to an unarmed robbery that occurred on the city’s eastside.Suspect pic 2

On Wednesday, February 13, 2019, at approximately 10:47 a.m., the suspect was talking on his cellphone inside of the McDonald’s located in the 10000 block of Gratiot. When the cashier opens the register, the suspect approaches, pushes her and grabs an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency. The suspect then fled on foot. He was last seen eastbound on Knodell.

Suspect is described as a black male, dark complexion, full beard, approximately 30 year old and 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, tan jacket with a red jacket underneath and dark colored pants.
